    Description:

    KJ-1200X-S-50-LVT high-temperature vacuum tube furnace is a split tube furnace for heating samples up to 1200°C. KF25 Gas Outlet and Digital Vacuum Gauge on the right flange connecting a 226L/m Mechanical Pump and Pump Filter while 1/4'' barb gas inlet

    Specific Introduction:
        KJ-1200X-S-50-LVT high-temperature vacuum tube furnace is a split tube furnace for heating samples up to 1200°C. KF25 Gas Outlet and Digital Vacuum Gauge on the right flange connecting a 226L/m Mechanical Pump and Pump Filter while 1/4'' barb gas inlet on the left, allows the furnace to heat the sample in vacuum up to 1E-2 Torr or flowing gas. In addition, OMEGA 1/4’’ O.D K Type Thermal Couple comes to the left flange, can be inserted inside the tube to exactly measure the sample’s temperature by the readout from the OMEGA Calibrator. The precision temperature controller will provide 30 segments of heating and cooling steps with +/- 1 °C accuracy.

    Thermal block placement
    • Two fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from tube chamber. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating)
    • Quartz blocks (optional) are ideal for cleaner and higher vacuum efficiency.
    • You may order flange support to avoid tube rotating.

    Application Notes


     
    • Tube furnaces with quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bar / 3 psi / 0.02MPa
    • Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.
    • Vacuum limit definition for all quartz tube furnaces: * Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
    • The flow rate for gases should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube
    • For safety, you may consider putting the small tube furnace inside a fume hood.
    Certificate The furnace is ready to pass UL 61010, IEC 61010, SPE-1000 tested by NRTLs at extra cost.
